I would like to appreciate Magdalena Szarafin for her immense knowledge on outsourcing. I am really surprised to see Germany coming on top, above all odds for competing with India outsourcing industry. Definitely, it is a helathy competition.

I have slight doubt with regards to english skills of germany. I have no doubt, EU Outsourcing will be a boon for Germany. I am more interested to know how will be the approach of German Outsourcing industry towards US and UK.

I wonder if we indians might start with Re-Outsourcing projects to Germany…

It’s no wonder that India is on the rise for outsource and services in general as foreigners’ trust grows many of them are moving to India to get work. People are friendly and the working environment is much more hands on and project orientated than what most foreigners are used to.
