		<description>The obvious time zone similarities between Latin America and the US, not to mention the Spanish language spoken by the hispanic community in the US and the obvious cost reduction of Latin America, it seems only beneficial for companies to offshore their services to neighbouring countries in Latin America. I have recently moved to Argentina, thinking I was going to be teaching English, only to find that there is a huge amount of call center jobs available, that by Argentinian standards pay really well. So, no wonder there is such a boom in call centers here, companies like www.5ca a Dutch owned company is also making the most of Buenos Aires,  a city with large amounts of expats living here and therefore a large amount of people looking for jobs, naturally preferring to work in their native languages.</description>
