Hello,
I do not believe with Moving Up The Value Chain.Indian outsource companies are equally competing with opened branches like IBM, Accenture, etc .I also completely disagree with this link " Service companies know only services and cannot easily transition to managing product companies".Above this Indian Outsourcing companies are having much more talented people to handle the tasks with high motivation and targeted strategies.

I do not agree with this blog, Indian outsource companies are climbing the value chain and started marketing it across US. Any new initiative will take time and eventually they'll get to it. In global competition you can't expect them to win all outsoruce projects. Just like how IBM, Accenture, etc opened branches in India and started competing with Indian outsoruce vendors, Indian outsource vendors will eventually compete with them as well.
