I think that it makes sense for a company to do this but I must say that in the U.S. there is a very negative connotation with outsourcing. Especially if it involves any contact with customers in the U.S. (like customer service). I hope that the U.S. can continue to compete against these other countries for jobs. As what Adam Smith theorized, one should concentrate on what he is good at and have others do the others. Same is true in outsourcing.
