I agree with the point that KPO services are much more complex as compared to BPO services. From what I have seen in legal based KPOs, a high degree of expertise and specialization is required to render the services, which range from legal research to drafting. However on the point of scarcity of quality manpower, I differ from you. At least in legal field, more than 80,000 English speaking graduates come out every year. With proper selection and training, I think there is an abundance of quality professionals in the in India.
