Infosys opens a branch in China-Dalian to provide outsource solutions

Dalian, October 24, 2011- Infosys China today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Dalian High-tech Zone (DHTZ) Government, to establish a branch company of Infosys Technologies (China) Co. Ltd in DHTZ. This branch company will focus on software development and outsourcing business in the region. Wipro opens rural BPO in Tamil Nadu

Wipro BPO, the Business Process Outsourcing arm of Wipro Technologies today announced the inauguration of its first rural BPO center at Manjakkudi Village in Tamil Nadu. Wipro Technologies is the Global Information Technology, Consulting and Outsourcing business of Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT). The Manjakkudi center has a capacity of 120 seats, and will open with a 50 seat pilot project for an international client in the retail sector.
