ROSELAND, NJ, May 20, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) — ADP (R), a leading provider of HR, payroll and benefits administration services, today announced it has achieved another significant milestone for its Human Resource Business Process Outsourcing (HR BPO) solutions, reaching more than 150 clients as of May 2010. In just the past year, ADP, a leader in the HR outsourcing industry, has signed 26 new, plus 13 renewed HR BPO contracts, demonstrating the strength of ADP’s solutions for both U.S. and global clients.
“ADP has developed HR BPO solutions with our clients’ critical HR needs in mind,” said Carlos Rodriguez, President, ADP National Account Services and Employer Services International. “Dedication to partnering with our clients and our broad HR, payroll and benefits offerings coupled with our ability to deliver world class service has led to our position as a leader in the HR BPO marketplace.”
ADP’s HR BPO offering, called Comprehensive Outsourcing Services (COS), is designed for large U.S. clients and delivers fully integrated administrative solutions across a wide range of critical human resource functions. With 74 clients, including Credit Suisse, EMC and IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group), ADP’s COS solution now supports more than 650,000 employees in the U.S. alone.
“We’ve been a customer of ADP’s outsourcing services since 2004. This has included HRIS hosting, payroll, benefits, time and attendance, COBRA and FSA. Partnering with ADP has freed up time for us to focus on moving the HR agenda forward within the business, as well as helping reduce our operating costs,” said Chris Paull, Vice President, Shared Services, Global Human Resources, IHG.
The ADP COS solution allows U.S.-based clients to transition smoothly into a best practice, proven solution on scalable proprietary platforms. These flexible solutions enable ADP to successfully partner with organizations having as few as 1,000 employees to those like its client, Sodexo, with more than 100,000 employees.
In addition to its U.S.-based solution, ADP also offers GlobalView(R) and GlobalView Select(TM), HR BPO solutions for multinational organizations. These services enable global corporations to have 100% employee payroll coverage regardless of geography, a global HR system of record and consolidated global reporting. Leveraging the SAP(R) ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) solution, ADP GlobalView brings large multi-national clients a single-source, multilingual, multicurrency payroll solution that is available in more than 60 countries.
Currently, 92 clients in 44 countries, representing over 1.1 million employees worldwide have selected GlobalView to apply payroll and HR policies, and view consolidated reports from a single database.
In the past year, ADP has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the Leaders quadrant of the “Magic Quadrant* for Comprehensive HR BPO” report, published November 25, 2009, by Robert H. Brown; recognized as a Market Star Performer in Everest Research Group’s Human Resources Outsourcing Annual Report 2010; and included in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide for the Comprehensive HR BPO 2009 Vendor Analysis as a Major Player.
The HROA (Human Resources Outsourcing Association) has recognized ADP for both its U.S. and global HR BPO offerings.
